Darty Mountain Trail Salad    $10
Mounded crispy lettuce covered in sun dried cranberries, toasted sliced almonds, orange filets, sliced apple, and grated aged cheddar with a raspberry and sherry vinaigrette.

A lower calorie lunch! We can put any of the main components of our Water Street Deli sandwiches over a salad at the same price as the sandwich and salad.

We start with quality whole wheat fettuccine. We use fresh sauteed julienned vegetables. Then you pick one of these:
